RETURNS & SHORTAGE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at Support@Takumitak.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include the order number, SKU(s), quantity, and reason for the return.
2. Once you receive your RA number with return instructions, please carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return and send them back to us using a trackable shipping method.
3. Include the RA number & Invoice number on the outside of the package and inside the package with the returned items.
4. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will inspect them and issue a credit or replacement within 10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason
for the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Please note the following conditions:

• Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee if items are not returned in new, unused condition.
• If an order is delivered with damaged or missing boxes, please take photos
and submit the photos with the return claim. Issues must be reported within 5 business days.

Shipments missing items listed on the invoice:

If your shipment is missing items, please report this to us within 5 business days the after carrier marks the item as delivered.
